A psychobiological and cognitive dissonance
A state of dysregulation my dear
Says our fear lives near
And we desperately, for that sense of control
Try to weave ourself together again
But this is our dark night of the soul
The internal human medicine
That at the fire we have to sit with
Look it in the eye
A vulnerability that must be seen
Where our minds are confronted with uncomfortable paradoxes-
The never-ending period of time
The impermanence of world ages
The solid us that is organized by the vacuum of the energy field
And the constant unpredictability
And by talking to it
Embracing it
Within this internal connection
Where gentleness flows from the chaos
We reclaim the abandoned parts
Yes, it is a stepping through the gate of our next evolution
Where our fears my dear will no longer appear
